SAVING/BACKING UP YOUR WORK Floppies Zip Disks Burning to CD/DVD Rom Saving to CD-RW Uploading to Network Server If floppy doesn’t work, try another floppy. Make sure the floppy has been formatted. If not, go to My Computer, right-click on the 3.5 floppy drive, and select format. Clean the floppy drive with a cleaning disk. Check malfunctioning CDs or DVDs for scratches and dirt which could hinder their performance. Dirty CD/DVD drives can also be cleaned with a special cleaning CD. These cleaning disks are readily available at Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, etc.
